About Us
How It All Started
Our love for all things home started long before The Holistic Home Co. We’ve always loved transforming our own space, whether that means changing our living room aesthetic for what feels like the hundredth time or going completely overboard for Halloween and Christmas. Let’s just say, HomeGoods hates to see us coming.
We’re also certified clean freaks. Our friends love to tease us because even while hosting, you might catch one of us wiping fingerprints off the fridge or noticing the one tiny smudge no one else can see. Caring for our home has always come naturally to us, but over time, we started thinking more deeply about how we were caring for it.
Having pets made us more conscious of the products we were using around the house and what they could mean for the little bodies walking, sleeping, and playing on those surfaces every day.
Learning more about microplastics and the materials we surround ourselves with pushed that curiosity even further. Slowly, we began rethinking the products and everyday items we brought into our home and finding alternatives that felt more aligned with the way we wanted to live.
Somewhere along the way, all of these pieces came together. Our love of decorating, our obsession with a clean home, our desire to make more thoughtful choices, and our love of bringing people together became something bigger.
We realized that, to us, home is the motherboard of life. It’s where we rest, where we reset, where everyday life happens, and where the people we love come together. The Holistic Home Co. grew from a simple belief that continues to guide us today: caring for your home is another way of caring for yourself.
Meet Samantha
Samantha has always been someone who cares deeply about people. Whether she’s advocating for someone, offering support, or creating a space where the people she loves feel cared for, showing up for others has always been an important part of who she is.
She’s a planner at heart and will happily admit to being a little Type A. When she’s not planning or organizing something, Samantha loves bringing people together. Hosting family and friends, cooking for the people she loves, and creating experiences where everyone can connect and feel at home are some of the things that bring her the most joy.

Meet Vanessa
Vanessa has spent almost a decade in law enforcement, so coming home to a space where she can truly unwind has always been important to her. She believes every part of a home should not only look good, but work for the way you live—making everyday life feel a little easier and giving you that “reset” feeling more than just once a week.
That philosophy extends to our furry family members, too 🐾 Vanessa is a big believer in creating homes that are comfortable, functional, and mindful of what our pets are exposed to.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her wife, family, and friends, hiking, biking, trying just about any sport, and, of course, enjoying a good reset at home.

Piper & Rogue
No founder story would be complete without the two who really run the place: our girls Piper and Rogue.
Equal parts quality-control inspectors, professional nap takers, and supervisors of anything happening in their home, these two have played a bigger role in The Holistic Home Co. than they’ll ever know.
Having pets at home made us start questioning the products we were cleaning with and thinking more carefully about what their little paws (and inevitably, tongues) were coming into contact with every day.
They may contribute absolutely nothing to the cleaning around here, but they’ve certainly influenced how we do it.
